CCLC Receives Very High Marks From Parents

The results of the 2005 -2006 Parent Satisfaction surveys are in! Each year CCLC conducts Parent Surveys to measure the level of satisfaction with our customer service, educational programs and curriculum. This year over 2,500 families were invited to participate in an online survey for the 2005 -2006 school year. We are pleased that over eighty-five (85%) of our families completed the survey. We were thrilled that ninety-five (95%) of our families reported being Satisfied - Very Satisfied with the overall level of services provided by CCLC. Parents gave the highest ratings to CCLC’s trademarked Guided Discovery Curriculum, staff interactions with children, professional and friendly staff and classroom/learning environments.

CCLC uses the annual surveys to continually build upon and improve the level of quality at all of our centers.
