Quality

"Quality is as easy as 1-2-3 at CCLC!"

1 - Quality Staff
2 - State of the art environment
3 - Low ratios

CCLC's professional staff members work with each child individually to discover the unique qualities they bring to the program. CCLC's staff frequently communicates to parents on events that take place daily as well as long-term progress and development. The staff has prepared an engaging child-centered environment that stimulates creative minds. Our well-equipped classrooms encourage the enhancement of your child's cognitive, social and physical development. The variety of learning centers provide different interests for each child needs. The low teacher to child ratios allows children and staff to work together in small groups or one-on-one. CCLC prides it's self on commitment to NAEYC Accreditation practices and standards. All of our centers meet the criteria and/or accreditation by the NAEYC.

Why choose a NAEYC-accredited program?

NAEYC-accredited programs have demonstrated a commitment to providing a high-quality program for young children and their families. This distinction is held by only 7% of all childcare providers nationally and is important for children and families because it defines a consistent deliverable in all of the areas within a childcare center. The NAEYC accreditation process examines greatly, the emphasis placed on the quality of interactions between staff and children and the developmental appropriateness of the curriculum and the total program. The accreditations primary consideration is the nature of the child's experience, but also reviews health and safety, staffing, staff qualifications, physical environment, and administration.

The members of the executive management team are active supporters as well as validators for the NAEYC. We feel that this voluntary service is not only important for our own continued growth and development but also the growth of other members of the community.

National School-Age Care Alliance (NSACA) chose our Stanford campus as one of 75 school age programs to participate in the Accreditation Pilot Program. We are very proud to be one of the few programs nationwide that achieved this honor.

Guided Discovery™ Curriculum facilitates learning in a play-based, thematic and multicultural manner for each age group, providing quality early childhood education for employers’ families.
