Welcome to Childrens' Creative Learning Centers (CCLC) Dependent Care Access Program.

Founded in 2000 the Monterey Center for Children and Families serves children ages six weeks through six years of age. The program is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of children and their families through developmentally appropriate practices as defined by the National Association For the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), for more information on these standards please visit www.naeyc.org. The Center is a joint effort of the City of Monterey and the Department of the Army.
