Who is eligible to use the center?
First priority for enrollment into the child care center is for full and part time Pixar employees. Second priority goes to temporary and casual Pixar employees. First priority families always have priority enrollment over others if the center has a waiting list. Eligibility will be verified before the enrollment process can be completed.
How do I enroll my child in the center?
We are currently enrolling the center on a first come first serve basis. To start the enrollment process, complete the center Interest Form. Families can submit their forms to Kimberly Clark, Pixar Benefits Assistant, located in Uptown. When your Lottery Form has been received and processed by CCLC you will be notified via e-mail.
All required forms can be located in our Forms Section.
When will I know if I have a space in the program?
Spaces will be allocated through a lottery system. All Lottery Forms will be accepted from 3/10/2008– 5/2/2008. Forms accepted during this period of time will be placed into the appropriate classroom lottery based on your child’s age. Lottery forms will be selected at random. If a sibling’s lottery form is selected the other sibling will automatically be allocated a space in the program as well.
CCLC collects Interest Forms from the Pixar’s HR department once a week. Upon CCLC’s receipt of the interest form you will be contacted regarding enrollment options for your child. When you are contacted you will be informed if there is space for your child in the center for the schedule you requested.
CCLC will be in contact with families participating in the enrollment process every step of the way. The enrollment steps are listed below:

- Lottery Forms and $25.00 deposit fee accepted March 10th – May 2nd, 2008
